At the Clinic we see our patients by appointment. To schedule an appointment with our clinic we ask that you contact us by phone at 905.687.1805, email us at dogandcatclinic2015@gmail.com or come into the clinic.

Our staff will answer any questions you may have and can take you through the process of arranging a time to bring your pet in that is best suited for your schedule and the type of visit. We carefully schedule appointments every 30 minutes to help avoid excessive waits in the waiting room and further stress to the patient and owner. This helps provide adequate time to fully assess each patient and ensures that all queries, concerns, diagnostics, and treatments are given the time they deserve. In some cases your pet may have to stay for a period longer than half an hour if further testing, treatment, or hospitalization is required.

During business hours we do accept emergencies but ask that you please notify us just prior to arriving in order to ensure that we have a Doctor on staff. We try to keep our appointments on schedule, however, emergencies are a priority and will occasionally cause some delay. We look forward to seeing your cat or dog at their next visit!
